The N-HeFT Program gives qualified primary care teams an opportunity to meet with heart failure experts to share clinical challenges in the management of heart failure at a host site of your choice.The primary care program is designed to meet the unique needs of medical teams in Family or General Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatrics or Hospitalists who already treat patients with heart failure and want to learn first hand optimal approaches for inpatient or outpatient care. The explosion of new information in the field of cardiovascular disease and the increasing demand for accountability necessitates better ways to communicate real time information. In addition to expanding the scope of the program and adding depth, flexibility and convenience, the online component of N-HeFT includes a bridge to our network of experts through our email. Online curriculum provides the format for introducing new concepts, reinforcing complex directives, and enrichment offering for the individual:
